It’s no surprise

Sure, with rest, the pain will drop. But pain free at rest - that’s not the goal. And what about the scar tissue that builds every day that you are RESTING and is clogging up the muscle or ligament, making it tight, stiff, inflexible and ready to tear again at any time? That GETS WORSE BY THE DAY
and is the number one reason why most athletes breakdown within weeks of starting up again.
