Enhanced cleaning, physical-distancing measures, and equipped Employees

The LEVEL4 Promise from check-in to the end of your session

When you visit LEVEL4 PT & Wellness, know this: Our top priority has and always will be your Safety. We’ve employed stringent cleaning and Safety practices to support the health and wellness of our Employees and Clients. We’re wiping down treatment rooms, Pilates studio, and main fitness area and equipment between each client using a disinfectant with the same grade that’s used in hospitals and restaurants, implementing physical-distancing measures, limiting the number of clients in the facility, modifying check-in procedures, and providing masks for Employees (and clients who don't have one). Learn more about the LEVEL4 Promise and what it means when you are ready to come in for face-to-face treatment sessions.

Everything You Need to Know

We have added multiple layers of stringent cleaning and disinfecting:

  • Sani-Cide EX3, a broad-spectrum disinfectant, will be used to clean commonly used areas (reception area, reception counter, credit card monitor, treatment tables and rooms, Pilates equipment, exercise equipment and fitness areas, and personal belonging cubbies) before every session. (Begins mid-May)
  • We also deep clean the facility from the reception area to the kitchen for nearly 2-3 hours every night. (Began March 4)
  • Our reception area, reception counter, and treatment room areas are cleaned multiple times a day.
  • Hand sanitizer will be available throughout the facility and wipes will be available upon request for Customers.
  • We have upgraded all of our HVAC air filters, which remove 99.97% of airborne particles—similar to technology found in hospitals.
  • We have aligned these stringent cleaning policies and procedures with guidance from the Centers for Disease Control and Prevention.

We have added new physical-distancing practices:

  • We are limiting the number of people inside the facility to provide Clients more personal space (currently through June).
  • Our scheduling process is changing. We’re scheduling clients with a 15-minute gap between the following client to help our Clients plenty of time to avoid contact with anyone else and to allow us enough time to clean thoroughly.
