L4P provides in-season and off-season training programs, biomechanical analysis, on location sports medicine, sports physical therapy and injury prevention programs for athletes to build the fundamentals for athletic progress, and maintain superior levels of athletic performance. With local and national presence, L4P serves athletes of all sports including young athletes of Northern San Diego and Orange County, and high performance professional athletes, nationally.

Programs To Take You To The Next Level
LEARN TO TRAIN (AGE 9-11)
FOUNDATION PHASE - Designed to introduce the youngest of athletes to all areas of athletic development in a fun & positive training environment. We focus on increasing movement awareness, coordination, speed and agility. This program sets up a solid athletic foundation and establishes the building blocks of athleticism, resulting in superior athleticism for all sports.
HIGH SCHOOL PREP (AGE 12 – 14)
TRANSITION PHASE - This program is designed to take advantage of the growth spurt and natural changes of an athlete’s body. We focus on change of direction, acceleration, and power training. We work on developing flexibility to combat physical growth issues, as well as enhancing speed, strength, power, agility & stamina.
COLLEGE PREP (AGE 15 – 18)
GAME TIME PHASE - You have to stand out from the crowd so you can’t do what everyone else is doing. Metrics and on-the-field performance are important when competing for starting positions and scholarships. In this program we focus on speed, strength, stamina, bio-mechanics, and preparation for the next stage of your career.
2 sessions/week or 3 sessions/week
SPEED SCHOOL (AGE 12 – 18)
SPEED TRAINING - Designed to train athletes of any sport in the techniques & mechanics of linear speed. We focus specifically on acceleration and improving maximum velocity. Athletes will learn the appropriate movement patterns & technique necessary to have a more explosive first step and improve straight-ahead acceleration and top end speed.
At Level 4 Performance, it’s our objective to help every athlete achieve their performance and career goals by creating an individualized performance program specifically designed in consultation with you. From NFL, MLB, NBA, NHL and MLS to tennis, martial arts, gymnastics, Olympic sports and everything in between, L4P is one of the nation’s leader in professional sports performance training.

Drs. Oscar, Dawn and Chris are San Diego’s “go-to” and Leading Sports and Human Performance Specialists. They been featured in expert health and fitness columns for several newspapers and magazines, are trained extensively in advanced training techniques, as well as being experts at the leading edge of Pilates routines aimed specifically at athletic performance and rehabilitation.
Oscar, Dawn and Chris talk regularly at industry seminars and present at local workshops for the community. Furthermore, Dawn runs their own Concierge Pilates Program. Sessions are regularly attended by various athletes of all divisions, active people and fitness fanatics wanting to perform at a higher level.
