Yasha Siemienski

Pilates and Movement Expert

Yasha has a passion for movement and connecting people with their bodies for a better quality of life. She absolutely believes that Pilates is for EVERY body!

Yasha has always enjoyed being physically active and fell in love with Pilates when she tried a class on the Reformer for the first time in 2007. She loved the feeling of Pilates and the foundation of mindful movement. Realizing the potential to improve people's quality of life with quality movement, she was inspired to share Pilates with others.

After completing her mentoring program and STOTT Pilates training, she began teaching private and small group sessions at a Physical Therapy & Pilates center where she worked with clients of all ages and fitness levels. Working in a physical therapy setting led Yasha to develop specialized classes for injured and special populations, including senior and prenatal clients, as well as workshops for athletes and yoga enthusiasts.

Yasha grew up in Washington State active with weight training, kickboxing, golf, volleyball, tennis, and snowboarding. She lived in Hawaii from 2006-2022 where she got married and became the mama of two energetic boys. She moved to San Diego in July 2022. Her favorite ways to move are Pilates and Yoga. She also loves being outdoors enjoying hiking, biking, beach and dog walks.
