More About The Expert You Will Be Working With...

A true San Diego local, Brittany embodies the bright, playful and exciting energy of sunny north county beaches. She walked into her first yoga class seven years ago and after a tear-filled, heartfelt moment she knew she had found something bigger then just an excersise. Over the years the influence of yoga and meditaion would have a profound effect on all areas of her life, from diet and daily habits to life perspectives and inner peace. Those personal transformations have filled Brittany with the desire to share the beauty of Life’s journey with others. Brittany completed RYT 500hr training with teachers Dr. Amanda Kriebel Blogger/writer for Cameron Diaz The Body Book and San Diego yogi mentor Stacy McCarthy. She has been under 100 hr mentorship of Kristina Kuzmich and Alana Barrey.

When she is not at the studio, or rather Tuesday night softball league, you can find Brittany climbing, surfing, hiking, camping, and anything she can get her hands on that is high energy. She has led corporate yoga classes for companies like Eagle Creek and Prana, and is a regular teacher for “A day of Namaste” and at the Joshua Tree Music Festival. She also serves as an ambassador for Nii Foods. In her life long pursuit of helping and serving others she plans on studying Kinesiology in the near future. Brittany is currently looking at ways to use her teaching as a tool for fundraising for non-profit organizations. Brittany has a big heart for sharing her love for yoga with individuals who are seeking a more vibrant mobile lifestyle.
